They should have left it as it is.

 

I payed 1.5m of completely non-gifted money for a tank, primarily so I could go on tank rampages throughout GTAO and use the tank in Missions if I felt like variety. Sure I have used it against plenty of players, but that will not happen anymore as it is pointless with how weak it has become.
