Is anyone else freezing everytime they go into Ft. Zancudo?

Sorry if there's a topic on this already, I tried searching and didn't find anything

 

But anyways I've tried 3 times in a row now and every time I get out of my helicopter to steal a jet the game freezes instantly and I'm forced to turn off my console. Is this just me or are others having this same issue? Thanks for any info you can give.

I went in there earlier without any issues, but I didn't use a helicopter - I jumped the fence.
