Nerfed mission pays for lvl.100s?

Today I've been starting new missions that I've never played before and I still receive half pay unlike my lvl 80 friend who gets the full for every job.

You've probably done them already, while he/she hasn't. The first time payout is always more than the second one.

Sometimes it glitches out and gives you it constantly.

You get double payout on the first go of the mission only. You've probably done these before but your friend hasn't done them.

odd, ive actually on occasion gotten full payout more than once for the same missions, there is considerable time between such instances however and its rare.

Cash card conspiracy? I'm neither for or against them, I'm neutral, some people complain about it so much like its forcing you, its optional. I don't know why so many people complain. Lol

Barely have been playing GTA, had it since release date, I've been on the PS4 a lot so no, I haven't played all the missions. 76/104 I think.

Usually X2 payouts are from missions you do on normal mode for the the first time that you've hosted that mission.

Sometimes it says that I haven't done the mission before, but I have. And so I am only recieving 5000 rather than 10000 for a new mission

My two characters are lvl170 and lvl174, and there's still one mission I haven't done. Never been offered, never been invited.

 

I made a specific effort to mop them all up after the High Life update; even then, I had to wait about 4 weeks until I'd been offered all the new missions.

 

Oh, and I've had the same problem as the OP but only with my first character, weirdly. None of the missions I did for the first time during that final push got me double money; and I'm absolutely certain I hadn't done them before because they weren't in the pause menu and I didn't recognise them.

Well over 100 & I haven't done every mission or job and I'm pretty sure its people over 100 that never do missions. With my first guy I only played survival, DM's & races.
