fastman92 Posted June 22, 2014 Share Posted June 22, 2014 (edited) Rockstar Games has left these unknown files in GTA San Andreas: \data\Icons saicon.ICN, saicon2.ICN and saicon3.ICN are file copies. That means they have no single byte different. By looking at the beginning of saicon.ICN in hex editor we can see the bytes: 00 00 01 00 01 00Let's compare it to app.ico or bin.ico 00 00 01 00 01 00The same 5 first bytes. However, simply renaming extension to .ICO doesn't help either - file is not readable. Does any expert know what program can open this file with 100% success? I already tried Adobe Photoshop, ACDSee Pro 7 (64-bit) and Mac OS X, but none of them did the job.
