Sold my Turismo because I rammed a curb... Entitiy or Zentornornino?

recently fallen in love with how the zentorno drives, set 3 world records on 3 separate races :p

Sort of regret selling my Entity, but I find having the Zentorno and Voltic has me covered for all the races. The Voltic is cheap, underused and under-appreciated. I use it for races like Break Out The Brakes and Criss Cross Dock Race. It does have the somersaulting curb problem, but once you've got used to the way it handles, it's a joy to drive (and a competitive racer).

lol not sure how Turismo and Zentorno are the same as people stated above...

Zentorno's handling is sh*t compared to the turismo and entity. And when I say handling, I mean the turn radius.

I do feel that way as I used to drift a little bit, and when I have to go out-in-out at cornering, the turn radius (I understand this as under steer / over steer) is never a problem for me on both car, that's why I said they are quite close.

when it comes to traction, I think the order will be Entity > Zentorno > Turismo

one more thing, Truismo is way to each to spin if some duck ramp you from your rear wheel but Zentorno does not.

I would always go with what I like better. What helps to own a car you always rule the races, but you don't really like how it looks?

I've stopped lowering cars altogether, visually it makes very little difference but practically it makes a world of difference

It makes a whole lot of difference...

When you lower your car you lower the center of gravity, which means it corners much better.... in other words you can take corners faster.

See the logic? Hmmm...?? :)

Yep, found a lobby with 8 people who stayed through multiple races, I was in 1st or 2nd for 4 races in a row, finally got to a Super Car race and lost miserably (DNF) because I took a turn a little wide and stopped dead from hitting a curb.

When I got back to Free roam, I took my Turismo right to LSC and sold it. $347,000 to my bank account, now I've got almost $500,000k.

I'm a pretty good driver, any car that is worth its salt I can usually drive well.

That said, what do you think is better for racing only? I free roam in my Coquette, never take the super out for that.

I hate the way the Zentorno looks and would prefer the Entity, so my question is, what am I sacrificing (if anything) by choosing the Entity over the Zentorno?

Prefer the zentorno to the entity tbh, the back of the car looks miles better & most of the time thats all you see anyway.

Have not lost in the Zen in actual races whereby I was not crashed by someone, as those are discounted.

The entity is a bit easy mode, not that the Zen isnt but idk, I still prefer the cheetah, if only we could remove the stupid ugly spoiler.

I was wondering about this...

The Voltic is something I never see anyone using, mainly because most of the f*cking races are sh*tty top speed reliant super races... I still believe Voltic should be in sports class not super (unless they changed it).

I know in real life the evora & pretty much any of that elise range were always beast in the smaller tracks as it was a phenomenally made car with great traction and acceleration. How is it in the game for racing? especially amongst the smaller tracks for supers? & do you switch it out for the Zen on a track as soon as you see 1 big straight on the map?

I have both, the entity grips better but the zen drifts around corners better.

so basically for noobies start with the entity its a safer car, but for pros the Zenis the way to go.

I've got a race you might enjoy. Docks Road Course. Mostly tight turns, good handling cars are a must. Two straight sections but they each end in a sharp turn. It's a really fun course if I do say so myself, and the track crosses over itself multiple times so if the pack stretches out you'll be weaving in and out of the other races most of the time.

If you're on PSN, add me and I'll host it for you. PSN name is same as my GTA forums name.

Why would you buy a car that you can't stand looking at? Go with the Entity.

Neither, get a Futo or Rhapsody instead.

Yeah, I mainly use the Zentorno as most races have only a few scattered moderate turns. But for the smaller tracks, yes I'll use the Voltic. It's just as you said - 'great traction and acceleration'. It has the best acceleration in the super class because it doesn't need to go through the gears (it doesn't have any). It's lighter than the Entity, which means it's not quite as easy to handle, but also means that you can power round really tight turns.

...Just don't drive over the curb. I remember trying to race 'In The Grove' in the Voltic - not that's a race which highlights the Voltic's weaknesses. But sure; short, tight tracks I'll win with it. Satisfying too.

Chose the Entity.

Loving it so far. Just hugs the ground. Had people trying to spin me on in several races, they seemed to just bounce right off of me most of the time. Not like my Coquette, that thing gets shoved around with ease.

because turismo R is one of vehicle that can lowered suspension , allowing drive through high suspension vehicles or medium suspension but only if fast enough ( other being cheetah . zentorno low by default but no medium suspensions able drive trough )

also exiting elevated entrances ( such as certain LSC garages ) can scratch the front , fixing it require $100

The entity is a bit easy mode, not that the Zen isn't but far less so, I still prefer the cheetah, if only we could remove the stupid ugly spoiler paint the carbon fiber section.

My only issue with the Zentorno is that it tends to go wonky when it gets airborne, and it gets airborne a lot! It's definitely harder to control over jumps than the Entity.
