Anyone agree? After the hipster update i sold my rusty version for a clean one only to find out the clean one has no body mods.....rockstar is screwing us over once again

It never had many body mods to begin with, so quit complaining. We all knew this from the very beginning.

It's slow, easy for tires to get damaged, struggles to climb hills etc, it's an overall pile of crap and I only thought people had one because it was 'rare'. (Because the rarity of a car matters to some people apparently, regardless of how sh*t it is)

I have, and everyone has been dead on so far. The clean rebel never had body mods at LSC and as far as off roader's go its middle of the pack. No where near the Sandking, sultan, 6x6; Buggy, or bifta

That is interesting despite the fact the Rebel sucks at off-roading, the real life truck it is based upon is actually quite a good off-roading truck.

The possible reason that clean Rebel do not have body mods is because developers had to remodel the whole thing.As you can see,the rusty Rebel's mods are rusty.So if they want to include mods for the clean one,they need to remake one for the clean version.

Pretty sure they would only have to redo the textures.

 

If the bifta was awd it would be amazing, you could zoom through water before it sank.

I always wanted to be able to hydroplane in this game, maybe some day..

I like the Rebel because I like its looks. Same reason I like the Tornado. Neither have comparatively good performance but still i like them because they look good to me.

I like the rebel just cause I like the looks of those Toyota trucks. I'm not going to buy one till I can get a third garage though

The clean Rebel is a smaller Sandking. Discounting exterior dimensional factors like ground clearence, they sound and perform the same. In fact there are many cars in GTA that are nearly identical performance wise, but some people swear that one is better than the other just because of personal preferences or biases.

 

A great example of this is sedans. People think that the best sedans in the game are the Shafter and Tailgator. But the Fugative and Asterope are close enough performance wise tothe point where the difference is miniscule. Its not like muscle cars where all of them drive and.feel a bit differently. The sedans are ride and handle almost alike and yet, I see people debating all the time based on just their personal preferences.

try them in a race, nearly every car is identical in free mode. I can keep up to modded player cars in npc cars with ease. you will also notice any modded car can keep up with others regardless of class, like the karin sultan RS for example hangs with supers but try it in race mode and most other sports cars easily leave it in the dust.
