Anyone else go to repair their car to find that the crew emblem keeps coming back even though it's not selected in respray

That happened to me after 1.13 but it stopped happening after the Maintenance periods.

 

Did you recently use iFruit? Try using it again to make a change to a vehicle.

Yup. Those crew logos for cars Tshirts and tattoos are so buggy I never bother.
