I need help with the Death Row mission. there are too many haicians! all I have is the ruger! any tips?

 

oh yea, and are there any bulletproof/fireproof/damage proof vehicles in Vice? I remember there being a bulletproof patriot in GTA3, can you get one in Vice? that would come in handy for this mission

Sry, best advice I can give you in THAT sense is to take a strong vehicle like the coach or the garbage truck. But in the whole mission, just drive like hell to where lance is, driving over, and driving BY, as many enemies as possible, save his ass, and just use a strong-one-shot weapon, like the colt or the shotty. Well, thats all I can do , otherwise you're on ur own

I tried it again, and I found him, but once I rescued him, I had to take him to the hospital, and the haicians in porsches blew my car up. GAWD. I need a bp/fp/dp cheetah like in GTA3 :\

tanks?they are really simple to get in vice as compared to gta3, man in gta3 you would die 1 second after any army guy targeted you...

OK this is what i did.

 

1) Go to ammunation and buy an uzi (go to the one in the mall and buy the uzi in there kuz when u kill the guys they give you the same sort of uzi's so you won't run out of ammo). Don't buy the armour kuz that'll cost too much. You can get one for free at the hospital near the malibu.

 

2)Go to the junk yard in a fast car. Get out of the car and shoot everyone yo u see, then steal their money and guns (u need to have something to spend on guns in case you die) until you get to lance. Make sure you shoot the guy on the crane kuz he'll shoot you in two seconds. get the trashmaster as fast as you can. don't worry about lance, he'll catch up. remember, they're aiming for you not lance.

 

3)drive to the front gate really slowly kuz otherwise you'll tip over. After that drive as fast as you can to the hospital. the dudes in porsches will stay behind you and after they do they'll be gone and never come back. after that, mission passed

O.k here's what I did,

 

(it took me a few tries)

 

First try I went in on a pcj 600 not knowing what to expect, I pulled a wheely right at the gate, hit the bad guys car, flew in the air did a 180, landed and killed about four of them, drove toward the pink dot, my back tire got shot out, I jumped off and was killed.

 

After many attempts with many different cars I finally went for some big ol' 4x4 dealy which allowed me to smash on through the gate and get to where the garbage truck is. I then lept out, let my car explode and ran to the barn killing everyone (except Lance of course) that was inside (i used the uzi) at this time I went to the back of the barn, ducked down and got out (I forget the name) one of the first person guns. I sat there for a minute and popped off every one I saw, then switched back to uzi and sprinted to the garbage truck.

 

Using the pure strength of the truck you can let the bad guys pull up next to you and ram them, also drive by there cars as often as possible. I basically drove around in a circle until all their cars had exploded, then when it was safe I went back to the hospital, and vola! Mission complete.

 

Keeping in mind (that all sounds rather easy) I must have done it about 10-15 times before I finally worked out a decent strategy.

 

Hope this helps anyone who is having trouble with it.

It's easy. Blow the truck up at the entrance with a rocket. Collect their guns. If you get an UZI (not sure of specific names) with autoaim, just use that the whole way. VERY EASY. If not, use a shotgun (that you should have or should have bought ahead of time). Shoot everyone, save Lance, drive away in the trashmaster, bada bing bada boom, you're done.

ok.. i have got a real easy way... i am just about to do it my self.... here it is

 

Grab a chopper and go see the guy at the malibu club. You can park it in the

emptly lot next to the water tower.  The guy tells you about lance. Hop in the

choper and fly to the junk yard.  Approach the Junk yard low and from the

south.  there's a place you can land on the South west point of the junkyard

outside of the fence.  There's a point in the fence that you can get through.

Kill anyone who shoots at you and get to lance.  help him to the chopper and

fly to the hospital.  By flying you avoid all of Diaz's thugs coming after you

in cars.  The chopper gets you there faster so you have more time to carefully

kill everyone.  you don't have to rush it

The only reason I failed that mission 3 times was because i tried some elaborate plan of not killing everyone which involved a chopper. It's much easier to fly there in a chopper, land behind the building Lance is hiding in. shoot the guys with auto aim, beeing careful to not blow up the car. shoot everyone else, rescue lance, get in car. The comets never even made it to me. since i never broke through the barrier, they just smacked it and piled up.

i tried the chopper thing.. my chopper blew up and igot to lance, but everytime i try to get away i can never do it, can any of u tell me the best way to exit the junk yard please

1) Trashmaster.  I never used it but I wish I had.

2) I used a 'copter; don't know why yours blew up, but it's a viable strategy.

Where is the chopper located?  I just got the damn game for christmas, and I'm stuck on this fuggin mission too.

buy the hyman condo, theres a helicopter on the roof. u need $14,000 tho. if u don't have that much do some of the side missions like the firman or taxi. easy as that

there is a police chopper next to the building for g-spotlight. if you aint there. u screwed. or check the roof of the police station in downtown
