Mirror Park gang attack

Rockstar said they added new gangs attacks to mirror park. I can't find them. Where are they?

It's at the building site in Mirror Park - not sure what time of day but it was light.

One is in the park. I want to say it spawns in the afternoon, but not positive.

 

I also think there's one up in the burbs, down the street with the houses under construction.
