Where can i get

can you plz help me, im up to messing with the man, and i WANT a missile launcher. I cant find one?

 

i go to petes trailer (whatever its called) and he aint home or there aint any weapons there.

I wish I was descriptive enough to tell ya where you could find one, however, I'm not.

 

You can beat 'Messing with the Man' without a rocket launcher though. I know, because I've done it. Goto the Ammunation in downtown, buy the MP5 about three times, get some armor, and if you want, by the pistol in few times.

 

Then just kill whoever is around, when cops start showing up, kill them. Crouch and shoot the cars, watch them blow up, and watch your meter go up. I did this, and I passed the mission.

Ugh...I had the exact same problem...well, my suggestion is that you raise hell on starfish island and get like a 3 star wanted level (preferably near your mansion) and then run INTO the mansion, and the police will have, like, raided it, so just shoot the police for a while, then jump up on the roof and use the MP5 to shoot a few swat vans and FBI cars and police cars, etc. Now, if you're anything like me, u should AT LEAST have a 5 star wanted level...now get out of the mansion, go to the street-ish part. Now shoot and wait 'till u see a tank. Run up to it and wait for the army d00ds to come out and then shoot them. Making sure the coast is clear, take the tank to UR garage and save. Now go to pay and spray...or load your save game like a cheater . Then take the tank to mitch's bar and have fun on the mission . Now even if you don't get the tank, its good practice/fun   . Btw, when on the mansion part...always head down to your basment to get more weapons/health/armour. Hope this helps

ok here is how you beat the "messing with the man" mission. It is a sort of glitch but it makes it a lot easier. Ok get a with a lot of ammo that you can hold r1 and aim with then go to a parked car and shoot it till it blows up. Then keep shooting the remains if the car and the meter will go up. I couldnt beat it but when i did it this way I had over 1 minute left so it does work. (but watch out you get stars like normal)

 

If you just want the rocket launcher then it is at the hookers hotel place or whatever on the way to the airport. It is the big building on the left after passing the road to sunshine autos. It is in the pool in the middle. Hope that helped.
