SA-MP Global Parachute(the color of the sky in SA) idk the name of it

I have downloaded a Global Parachute from Gtaall,and I KNOW I HAVE INSTALLED IT RIGHT,but when i run the singl layer i have textures and evrything,but when i run SA-MP i have some textures with ugly color,i saw somewhere that i have to edit some .scm file,before when i had my old PC this mod worken just fine with no buggs,but now it is not working,any help about that (and i have tried some otehr mods the too have same textures)

In Your haste to post You must have missed the Bottom Main Menu choice for MODDING. And obviously the Sidebar lettering: Modding Questions
