PLEASE HELP

GTA Online was working perfectly fine until the following updates came out, (1.10/1.11/1.12/1.13/1.14) the game is currently unplayable and I tried the following things in order to fix it ,

1- Cleared the chace (deleted game data, save data and update data)

2- rebuilt system data base

3- formatted my Slim PS3

4- restarted connection settings

5- tried both wired and wireless connections

6- bought the digital version of the game and it still freeze whenever I'm using the physical copy or the digital version

7- bought a new Super Slim PS3 and still freezing and not fixed

8- tried it at my friend's PS3 with a brand new physical copy of GTA V and even the digital copy and it's still freezing and crashing

9- opened my Internet ports and contacted my ISP and I told that maybe it's a problem on their end and they have checked and said that the problem is on Rockstar's end

10 - unlinked my Rockstar social club account

11- Used another PSN ID/account and created a new one and it's still freezing on both GTA V & Online

So I want your help on this, what to do ? is the problem from my end or from Rockstar and how can it be fixed because I'm displeased with this because I can only play for like 3-15 minutes and it would freeze after that and then I have to shut the power of my PS3 system, now I don't feel like playing anymore and I'm discouraged to buy it when it comes to the PS4. I'm really not satisfied with this so please help or suggest something.

What should I do is it my fault ? Please can you help I asked rockstar support and they answerd that they apologies for the heists delay which doesn't make any sense what does heists have to do with my problem, please help dude I'm not happy with this game
