Textures not loading properly since the update!

After the ''I'm not a hipster'' update was released, I'm seeing a lot of textures that don't load in time, and many connectivity problems. This of course could be because my Xbox is old and is now about to explode any second, or my internet connection has suddenly lost faith. But maybe I'm not the only one.
Does anyone here have that problem as well?

I've experienced this too...

 

I thought it was because I was driving too fast.... but it seems to be the same area all the time that has a problem.

 

In the race "Longest Race Ever (.Y.)" same patch of road just as you exist the city is a blurred sandy texture... only to fill in milliseconds after the car passes over it.

 

Also noticed more popup too!!

The game has always had rendering problems but I must say it has definitely got worse recently.

Alright, good to know it's not just me. I've been thinking about this problem. Rockstar said with the release of GTA V that this gen consoles would be pushed to their limits, but since the release they've been adding content, updates, and what more? It doesn't make sense.

Yep. Been having problems with this as well. I also thought I was driving too fast for the textures to render.

Same here. After the patch lagg seems to be awful. Everything takes twice as long. Driving out of the garage, getting people to join the job you hosted, even pulling out your phone. It's been like that since the Hipster thing, that doesn't even add anything worth buying. At first I was thinking maybe router reset should help, but it didn't. I've got quite a few things, probably 7 or 8, connected to the same router, so I thought it might be it. Disconnected everything but the Xbox, same thing. Hopefully there's a patch on the way. At some stages lagg is so massive, that I can drive my car "without" wheels and the bonnet for about a mile.

Server stability has completely fallen to pieces. Instead of freezing I just suddenly without warning lose connection to the servers for an unknown reason and more frequently than I ever froze. Not to mention textures not rendering as quickly, more mini freezes and being able to get more people to join a job than possible and then needing to wait for 5 mins to be kicked to Free mode.

 

Honestly, with heists delayed again, I am purely playing this game out of force of habit. Playing experience is almost gone with all these connection issues.

It's still not fixed, which is dissapointing.
By the way, is this just on Xbox? Or are there people here on PS3 that have the same problem?

PS3 user here, and I am having the same issues. Thought it's just my internet connection but it seems like I'm not the only one with constant lags

it started in 1.13 and gotten worse with every patch so far, almost unplayable now. people show up right next to me on the map and you dont even see them coming, blow up a car with a sticky bomb and they drive another 3 blocks before they die from the blast, its f*cking retarded, lol

I'm ps3 as well, disk version of game. Digital guys have issue too? Not everyone has it which really sucks. Makes them hard to kill and you easy to kill. If next patch isn't better in done playing for a while, probably tool pc version releases.
