Shooting down jets on foot

No matter how badass a jet fighter thinks he/she is, none are able to bother me for long. Heavy sniper shots put a damper on any pilots trolling attempts. So many just fly away. If you're that badass, go down with your plane. Like a true pilot.

 

FWIW, I've never been killed on foot by a jet. Alleyways and covered spots are you're best friend.

yea they are super easy to avoid if you know your surroundings and watch the map. the only time a jet kills me is if im not paying attention or stay in the open a little too long bargaining on getting that perfect snipe shot. simply walking around the corner of a building will foil a jets ability to kill you, lol

I've taken a Jet pilot out with a single heavy sniper round through the bottom of the jet into his ass as he was climbing to altitude over me.

 

Only done it once but just shows its possible.

 

Best way to avoid being killed by jets is just stay in the city where you have cover, they can't get you once you know what type of buildings are jet round proof. If they keep coming at you and you have a good cover you can slowly take them out with any crappy gun.

 

But they won't stick around once they start taking damage.

If you're in an open field, pray.

If you have any kind of cover, stand behind it, snipe the jet when it passes. Run to the other side of the building when it turns around, snipe when it passes. Rinse and repeat.

For the first time ever SmokeDat, I agree with you. I've always been skeptical how to take out jets on foot. I feel as though any pilot can get taken out. I've heard about the heavy sniper defense, but I didn't think it really was legit. I'm gonna try it next time I encounter a pilot. Hopefully they don't go off the radar and retreat back to Zancudo whenever they feel pressure of heavy sniper bullets.
