Then add it on to this image http://i.imgur.com/PzhzQE8.jpg on the right hand side next to the women.

Before you add on the picture, make it blend in with the shine, lighting, height etc.

Dude´s getting one helluva neck rub there, do I feel jealous...

It seemed to blend well in, all I did was small light alteration.

With a drop shadow, for "studio shoot" look. Place interior wall or something like that behind the image.
