Shark card problems

Have you ever bought a shark card and didn't receive the cash in game?

 

I was desperate for money so I bought the tiger shark card for $4.99. I should've gotten $200,000 in game but I never got it. I sent a message to rockstar support but with their reputation I doubt they'll ever reply.

 

Should I just give up hope that I'll never receive what I purchased or is there anything else I can do?

Sending a support ticket to R* is your only hope at this point. Posting here on these forums won't yield any results eventhough the people browsing here could have helped you better if they had the tools.

 

Open a ticket, wait a day, then open a post on their public side complaining about not receiving your money or getting a response. Usually one of the R* guys will reply to your thread saying he will check it now.

 

Seems to work well that way.

Did you buy it in game? or online, if it was online, it should have given you a code to enter in game. I dont remember how it works when you buy one in the game store.

LOL. Those above answers are ok, not good. Call your CC company and tell them you did not receive what you paid for. With Amex, I got refunded IMMED bc this same thing happened to me too.
