It depends on how many people are in the lobby. I know for three people, it takes two to kick the person. For 4+5, it takes 3 kick votes.

No it's a good feature to have especially when some douche is spawn killing everybody in the lobby and then goes into pussy mode when his tank gets blown up till he gets another one and for in missions & jobs where people are trying to sponge off of other players by going into missions but not actually playing.

 

They should allow for the host to kick a person from a mission if they kill a partner in the mission by running them over and if they are idle for a certain amount of time

You could use my method; First run them over, then go to the end of the mission and browse the gta forums until they get bored and leave

2 things that kinda piss me off, is the fact that kicks and reports from players count toward bad sport...

 

thats simply retarded.

 

i was put into dodgy status when i had a bounty and drove my car in the underground tunnels. people thought i was cheating and reported me and vote to kick. did the same thing in 3 sessions. in the end i was in dodgy status.

it depends on how many people there are in the game if there is 16 max players in one lobby then i might be wrong but it takes like the entire half of the game to kick you.
