Is bad sport the GTA:O version of prison?

It seems this way after my observations over the past 2 weeks locked up here, mostly all servers run rampant with gangbangers and wall breachers, with the outcome turning the bad sport section into a crime riddled slum. How can we grow from this? My suggestion would be to ultimately eliminate bad sport as a whole by rehabilitating the current offenders, Who else agrees?

If you don't like it, stop blowing up personal vehicles and attacking the white dots. In my opinion, bad sport is way too relaxed; too many assholes haven't been removed from the good sessions yet.
