My character recently got some odd spots in his face

Those black marks above and under the lips randomly appeared on my characters face all out of nowhere.. I have no idea what they are or how they got there.. Its not makeup, facial hair or anything that dissapears in a shower.. Any ideas, anyone?

Maybe you got a tattoo on your face and it somehow messed up? Try buying the skull tattoo and remove it and see what happens

I feel you. My character had a black eye for the longest time, he looked like a beaten dog. Is healed after a few weeks.

I think my character has tattoos everywhere but his face. I didn't put any there, so I kinda doubt that.

When your character obtains those weird spots on his face, it's mainly due to if you've face planted onto the ground or where involved in a gun fight. That's how I've got them before. Try avoid getting hit by cars or jumping of tall buildings.

I've noticed that I get temporary scars from healed bullet wounds as well. In honesty they do look a little odd and grotesque.
