Help with hog tied

All right I get to the pink parker or atleast the place designated on the map and well nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? Is my game experiencing a bug? (Normally I'd look it up in my manual but it's gone missing.)

well, the pink blip appears right outside the spade place where u get the mission (forget the name) and all u gotta do is drive a bike into it. Use an angel cuz u can use pcj and freeway blows my nuts. If the pink dot isint there on the street in front of the place where u got the mission then i dunno.. maybe a glitch.

ok i nearly started a topic today askin coz i was stuck but my friend figured it out. for some reason it wasnt telling me, but when i was shown, it tells you to get a fast bike, and use the stairs as a ramp to get on the roof across the street, and mitch's bike is in there. hope that helped
