current gen systems vs last gen systems

How big of a difference do you think there will be between last gen systems and current gen systems/pc in terms of graphics?

From what I played on xbox one, the difference is remarkable, you can sometimes see the useless posts as well. Pretty good I tell you.

I HEARD Watch Dogs doesn't have online free roam and interior view on last-gen while current-gen does have those features. Then there's Battlefield that runs on 1080p on current-gen while 720p on last-gen.

 

So there should be a SIGNIFICANT improvement in the two, probably the most noticeable would be lighting and resolution.

Better lighting, textures, Framerates, resolution, Denser traffic/NPCs so Online wont be too much of a ghost town plus we get new wildlife(I hope it applies to Online as well) and most importantly, GRASS
