Animal Ark open for nextgen?

Hi there, just had some thoughts,

 

I don't want to start any rumour or anything but it seems likely that Animal Ark, the pet store in the desert will be open for next-gen.

 

Why?

 

- There will be more animals in the game, including cats.

 

- The police often uses the Animal Ark store as a reference for where you are, why would they use it as a reference if it's "nothing" really.

 

- The sign of the store includes a cat, kind of a weird reason, but hey!

 

Just a thought i wanted to share!
