[XBOX] Trading races for 2nd character?

So, I was wondering if someone can help me doing races to get upgrades to my second character. Don't get me wrong, I tried so much to get them, but these kids only want super customs and they leave as soon I change to off-customs or put in a sedans race. It's really a problem for them having a fair race, specially with 100 levels of difference.

 

So, If someone is in the same problem we can trade races to get the upgrades because it's a hell to get them now. In the first days was okay, now it's a pain.
