Purple9 Posted December 29, 2002 Share Posted December 29, 2002 people have posted this "help with this mission plz" topic many-a-time, but here goes again! get a rocket launcher and blow everything in your way (keep launchin' those rockets at the blown cars cause your meter goes up even though the car's been blown) or park a tank before you go to the mission, get in the tank when you start the mission and cause hell-up The Precinct - We're upping our standards, so up yours! SniperKilla Posted December 29, 2002 Share Posted December 29, 2002 stop and buy atleast 3 of the Colt M4's at the ammonation thats close to the biker place, its over by the condos with the coptor on the roof, so it was on the way from where i loaded my save, then get into a car, park it in the grass next to the biker place, go get the mission, come out and blow up the car with the Colt, then keep shooting into the burnt car, the chaos meter will fill, keep shooting till mission complete. cheap but it works, and fast. Then, goto the edge of the building where the skumhole shack is, so you can see the greasy chopper, and start chucking nades onto the ground. Frank Castiglione Posted December 31, 2002 Share Posted December 31, 2002 The parking lot with the stairway to the skumhole shack is mostly enclosed by a low wall. Stand behind this wall in the parking lot, and start blazing away. You can shoot over the wall easily, but it makes it so that police cars and SWAT vans can't run over you, and the cops can't run up next to you and around behind you, either. You can use grenades, rocket launchers for the choppers, M-60 or the Assault rifles (these work the best), whatever. And like that other guy said, once you blow up a vehicle, you can keep shooting it even after it is exploded and your wanted level will continue to go up. A huge advantage of this location is the fact that when you finish this mission, your wanted level usually won't disappear (due to the fact that you almost always shoot one more bullet into a cop or car before you realize the mission is over). You can just run up the stairway and save at the end of the mission, so if you die on the way to the pay n' spray, you can still load and keep all your weapons and sh*t after having beat the mission.
