Got a random bounty once, thought I'll wait this out up in pale to, stickies to cover the roads in and out of where I was. Up on high ground too. No one near me. Thought I'd roll a cigarette IRL, some f*ck spawns in front racing up the road ( off radar) white dot appears, drop cigarette of right knee, controller goes flying of my left knee. Wasted. It bugged me for days. Considering getting nicorets whilst I play.

Had a 7 thousand dollar bounty. Went underground and a squeaker thought I was a cheater because he couldn't find me.

Before the Mental State update, when your bounty icon was just the red dot with the X on it, I would hide on top of my apartment building whenever I had a large bounty on me and snipe people down the street as they came for me. Then I'd snipe them again after they respawned and ran down the street.

 

They somehow never thought to look up, they always assumed i was sniping from street level.

 

Finally one guy figured it out, and as he circled my building he texted me and asked how i got up there. (duh)

 

I texted back "parachute" and jumped off the building, landing head first right in front of him as he read my text.

just 2 days ago i had this 9k bounty, i normally let people kill me as i dont need the money but that day i felt like running, make people chase me.

 

so people started chasing me, i when off radar, got into one of the underground tunnels.

 

next thing you know im being reported for cheating and kick votes, i switched session.

 

did the same thing in 3 different sessions, same result, got reported and kick votes.

 

im a "dodgy player" thanks to that, which makes me wonder how R* deal with people exploiting the report feature and how moronic it is that you can be put into bad sport if enough people report you.

I had a 9k bounty once.

 

Drove allll the way from the AIRPORT to majestic towers. Did a lot of driving in circles to avoid a tank following me. After driving around the map, I get followed by two peons before I can get home. I step out my car to RPG those fools, as well as killing the lame mugger sent after me. Lol.

 

I get home, and then invite my friend to my apartment. All of the people chasing me stood outside my place till they gave up (did everything from bribing me with pisswasser and candy to crew invites and threatening to hack me.) Smh.

 

They leave. I step outside and think, Yeah! I survived! ... Then BAM!

 

My friend shot me for my bounty -.- I proceeded to stabbing him thoroughly.
