Random Unmarked Garages

I'm sure I'm not the first to notice these garages scattered around the city. I searched the forum and didnt find anything to pertaining to this. Sorry if it has been discussed. Just wondering if anyone else has and what do you think they're for? Or what do you use them for? I think they make great hiding spot for your car since the door closes once you get out the vehicle and walk out the garage. They're pretty good spot to defend from cops too if you're on a rampage.

I remember there being someone else mentioning this as well. They had pictures to locations of about six of them, speculating that they would probably be used for heists.

Who knows, probably just left around for people to hide in?

You can't hide in them. The garage door doesn't close until you leave the garage. So basically, it's either for heists or a secret parking garage for whatever.

 

i don't know about that. i stumbled into one in blaine county by the arm wrestling mini game and it closed behind me when i pulled in with my car.

i pretty sure they're just another place to hide.

i've never seen a map though, would love to.

 

i'd also like to know if they're effective when evading police because that will definitely be handy when heists come around.
