GTA V Police siren - problem

So, I have now faced this 2 times in SP.

 

I get in a police car, turn on siren, then shut it off "accidentally" when trying to use the alternate sound.

 

Well, I try to turn it on again, but what? Only lights go on. Is this a bug or just an update or something?

 

It's annoying, I like the sound quite much, but I can't get it back on the specific car once it has gone... Just the normal police car horn. Had this only so far on the police cruiser and the... Is it Police patrol? Well, the most common police cars, anyway.

 

No, I haven't got shot by anyone and the car is 100% repaired... If that's what you can call it.

 

Anyone who has had this AFTER the 1.14, please respond. I did, on my 'newest' save. (It's been there way before the 1.14 update)
