and I found a way to fly under the water

 

ive done this with a titan and a buddy who was pilot. filled up on snacks, flew into the deep part of the ocean (complete nosedive) sank until my air ran out (was passenger) ate all of my snacks and drank my soda to keep my health up. once near death i jumped out of the titan into pitch black ocean-- then randomly spawn at the airport soaking wet.

It happened to me when I dove off the seawall into shallow water near the helipads. I hit the bottom hard, then just kind of stood up on the sea floor and walked around.

 

I also discovered that if you keep walking underwater away from the city, you'll eventually be teleported back to the beach.

To do this glitch you have to jump into water thats between swimming height and walking height. It cannot always be done in the same place as it all decides on whether their large waves occuring. Works better on calm seas near the del perro pier. Jump off the pier to the shallowest part but not too shallow

happened to me once on accident as i tried to get into boat, i jumped off dock and landed on the ocean floor and couldnt get in boat, very f*cking annoying, unable to reproduce so far, lol!
