Missing unlocked missions?

I'm level 75 or 76(I can't remember off hand), and I can't choose certain missions to add to a playlist(especially conveted and RR) anyone know why?

I always play friends only or invite only and I haven't even seen a bug in months so I doubt it.

But it could be a glitch in my case I don't know

It seems nothing works the way it should. Is anyone noticing any of this stuff lately or is it just me ?

You cannot add contact missions to a playlist. RR is a contact mission.

 

There is a way to add non contact missions to the playlist by playing the ones you want first, then create play list and choose them off the recently played option.

fyi coveted, potshot etc are contact missions. i receive them from npc sometimes.
