The Event Playlist...

... is not worth your time. I've played it through twice and the only job that pays mildly well is the race at the end (I got 20k for winning).

 

The Capture and LTS drag on for a while and in the end after doing them both I got about 10k for them both combined. The parachute jump, although fun, only paid out about 3k when I came 2nd.

 

The final race is long and through Blaine County. It's point-to-point, full contact with NPCs on. I can't count how many times I got spun out by some kid in a hotpink car.

 

In summary, if you want about 35k-40k for half an hours work then this playlist is for you. It could be that I just went in with high hopes that Double $ meant I was going to be around 60k, that just shows how little I play jobs other than missions. Stick to RR.

 

inb4 someone directs me to the Bitch & Moan thread. I just wanted to give you guys some ideas of the payouts to expect.

All people seem to do is play free-roam.

Heck it's rare to get into a race anymore.

Free-aim anyway.

join online, pause, go to online, playlists, rockstar blahblah playlists, then scroll through until you find the "im not a hipster" one

 

 

or while first loading the game you can just go straight into the playlist by pressing triangle or Y

Hmm, what a surprise. R* had another sh*t event with another sh*t playlist and the payouts were still low even with double GTA$ and RP? Ya don't say?. tbh, you're better off glitching for money with the way R* is going about this.

Playing playlist in this game is terrible because most leave before its over and also it would be cool if people started playing for fun rather than just for the payouts.

They need to decrease RP for bad behavior like quitting jobs etc.

The community make it not fun. People just camp in Capture, there are no intense gun battles or sense of urgency. It's the same with LTS to.
