Helicopter handling sucks in this game anyway, impossible to make constant fire into a ground target, the helicopter keeps pulling up and the turbulenece is the worst.

No. Keep the explosive rounds on the P-996. Add them to the Annihilator.

The Lazer does NOT need explosive rounds. Why? Because from the way see it, there's nothing to counter it. All the Heli's are sh*t even in the hands of a skilled pilot. It's ridiculous trying to take it with a heavy sniper only for the the pilot to swoop in and murder your ass with those damn things.

Then how exactly are you supposed to kill anyone without H.E rounds? Hell you only have time to hit the target for a split second because of the range. If it wasnt explosive you would never have time to kill anyone before either A: crashing or B: pulling up. With the heli you can hover and keep on target for a far greater amount of time.

I kinda figured out how to get past it, it's a bitch, but it works. Just don't try on AA lobbies or you'll get shot out.

A. Shoot it down with another Jet (GOODLUCK WITH THAT).

B. Use the heavy sniper

C. Wait for them to crash (which I usually do and proceed to literally spawn camp their asses till they leave)

Or D. Rage quit & cry while bitching on the forums.

Usually anyone who tries to lock on to me with buzzard rockets is dead within a few seconds becuz minigunz r OP 4 me. Goodthing they don't always hit the thing they lock on to.

Why explosive rounds are not op;

1. The jet is fragile as a egg,

2. most people crash after 1-2 passes

3. heavy sniper 2hit and it's smoking,

4. you can hear it coming from over a map screen away.

5. Use terrain too your advantage, they may know your general location but not your elevation,

6. If your caught in the open with no hard cover (permanent object thick wall etc) well it's going too end badly.

I understand the whole "i hate teh people who complain about everything" because I used to read the CoD Forums, Halo forums and even Battlefield Forums. But usually sometimes people are right anout the things that need to be buffed or nerfed. Now I know this isn't a fps forum, but I'm using it as an example. These bitch & moan threads usuay can get resolved if everyone actually contributed instead of the usual "git gud" or "theyre fine"

Why not? All weapons like jets and tanks do is give people a way to get cheap kills. I own a tank and am decent with a jet where I can kill somebody if I really want to but to me its a bitch way to get kills. Tanks and jets give you an unfair advantage against people on the ground and no matter how many times people say you can destroy them easily doing this or that it still doesn't negate the advantage they have.

 

I guess I'll never understand why people are so defensive about their beloved jets and tanks. What's wrong with having a fair fight?

You do realize this topic has already been solved, right? MANY people have made topics about this in the past and R* has answered their problem about this already, by doing nothing. Why? Because MANY MORE people think that the Lazer is already good as it is. Or maybe another reason. Who knows. We've contributed to the same topics in the past and we don't have to contribute to this one as we're just gonna say what we said in the past topics. This might sound confusing, but you see where I'm trying to get at?

The tanks have gotten a HUGE armor nerf. Why not the jets also? I'm not asking for the jets to shoot BB's. So I really don't understand why people are pulling this out of their ass, I just want the miniguns toned down. The real reason is because dogfights, and I LOVE dogfights. But they're not really fun since all it takes is one small trigger pull and the other person is down easily.

It may not be R* official but do you truly believe people who created this game have never curiously typed gta forums into google and seen this place? I'm willing to bet more than one person at R* who works on this game for a living has done just that. They may not come here daily or even post but they are aware of it and look at it more often that you obviously think.
