happened a sh*t ton to me earlier, but those missions never started, game froze up every time

There's no way the mission would have been passed. You would have run out of lives at least

It doesn't actually put all of those people into one game. It just loads REALLY long and ends up splitting up every single player into individual games. It would've been cool, and possibly irritating/frustrating, to have this many people do this mission.

I've had it happen a couple of times, but they either never start, slow load players, or something. The best move is to just leave.

There's actually a possibility of the game starting (with the correct amount of people now), but you still have to go through that whole waiting process, in which no one likes to do.

That happened to me too with RR. There was about 10 people that joined but the mission never started

Me too. But when counting to start finish, then game back me to single player.
