Why dont R* bring in paid character change?

Okay so long story short, I am a guy stuck playing a girl character. I am not 40+ or overweight.

 

Basically when online launched, I could not get past the first 'trigger' race, you know the one where it would freeze all the time. I tried for days and could not get into it, so I made a girl character and it let me in first shot.

 

Now I'm level 150+ and have a girl character, I really want to change it to a guy. Like in World of Warcraft, for $25 you can change your character. Why cant Rockstar bring this in? I'd happily pay $25 to change my character to a guy.,..

$25 is a bit much to change a character in a game, maybe $5 charge is still too much but reasonable.

What I used to do was mod a car, get my gf to look after it while I switched to my new character, and then take it home.

But they patched it.

I did too. As soon as I updated for the update, I simply did the glitch. But the moderator in that thread I linked above said that it was patched. Maybe I should test it again to see if it really did legit get patched. Idk, but if it did, then aww man... R* seriously must not want people changing their appearances.

Ah they patched the ability to alter your character. I'm glad I found a perfect skin combo,face, etc for mines.

You could go to the hospital and purchase a gender change and/or plastic surgery (which would bring up the character change screen which is already there)

So you could alter your character, with your GTA$, but you had to really really want to, not just something you do every 5 minutes.

 

Email them, your gender depends on it.

They don't HAVE to buy all of the cars, clothes, etc on day 1 of a DLC release either... But, some do, which depletes their GTA cash...

 

Then, they're on here bitching about R* making things "too expensive" and "FORCING" people to buy cash cards.

 

Some GTA players on this forum don't get the whole "choice" concept... They think R* is forcing them to buy everything and to buy it all immediately.

I like how people complain about cashcards when blizzard has f*ck knows how many expansions, microtransactions and a subscription fee.

 

though $25 for an option that would take less than 5 min to code in (hell they patched it so you couldn't do it) ill pass on that sh*t.

If people have a problem with you playing as a female charterer than that's their problem not yours.

 

I made a female char because i already had a male char that i ranked up past 120 and it got boring so i made a new char which happen to be female since i already had a male.

It was most likely closed because in the patch notes it said that they patched the ability to do so.

 

If you can test it and it works send a PM to the mod who locked it and tell them that it still works they will unlock it.

I too have been playing since October last year and I recall being presented 3 times with an option to change my characters appearance. Didn't this include gender as well?
