Sultan was never rare. People are just too lazy to go to Sandy Shores

The Sultan RS and the Karin Snipe are both the rarest as they both do not exists. There is a Sultan though :/

Since I got a bunch of BS replies....What is more rare then sense you can buy every other vehicle through internet(in game).......

The Snipe is fictitious, the Sultan RS DOES exist, it must be modified to become the RS version.

 

Nemesis and Duneloader are the rarest IMO, not that rarity in a game w/20+million players matters....

Sultan is easy to find as it has a spawn location, almost every vehicle does.

The Daemon is easy once you get simeons list requesting it but otherwise yes.

I'd say nemesis is the rarest but why anyone would want it I don't know.

Sultan RS does exist and no not really rare.

 

Rarest is still the Hearse, since it will spawn in GTAO only if someone who already has one is driving theirs.
