Just.... no... None of this was cut, it wasn't implemented...

cut content = content that was not implemented....or do you have a different definition of cut content?

No, cut content = content that was originally supposed to be in the game, but was scrapped before the game released. These things he put up weren't even in the game to start.

These were files found from the game though.

Here's the video again:

-not proof-

That's not proof in the slightest that is a "speculation" video some doink made on youtube to get views..

Proof would be the actual files like Funwm2 would provide before making such a thread...

Did you also know that Gullible isn't in the dictionary?

Proof would be the actual files like Funwm2 would provide before making such a thread...

Funmw2 doesn't provide "proof" neither, he just reads the internal xml & wtd files and gives an educated guess.

Ontopic; No. There's a reason it's called cut content.

The PC version however may have the files unlocked and eventually re-integrated by the community...like Niko's fingerless gloves & alternate hairstyles in IV. Easily accessible in PC.

That's what i was thinking of.

Least he doesn't just post a video and calls it proof and every post and thread he's made has been true..

darkwar is probably correct. Small compressed audio files for video games do not take up any memory from the game if they're never being called.

It's common to find unused audio in practically any large-team video game builds and doesn't mean that anything related to the audio was ever actually implemented. It's just dormant. Maybe they'll use it, maybe they won't.
