I only expect to get the product as advertised and paid for. Any free stuff coming after product purchased, it's complimentary. If it's good, then I feel thankful. If it's bad, then I'll give a negative feedback.

 

According to my knowledge, I believe all of these 'DLCs' are chopped parts that have been done which intention is to keep the game alive for a period of time as planned. So yeah, I don't feel any obligation to say things like "OMG Thank you Rockstar for the free updates!!!".

I think the updates are meaningless because of 2 reasons:

1. They cater to non-existent fanbases with stuff nobody actually wants (beach bum and hipster instead if actual fanbases like cop crews or gangster crews)

 

2. They never actually change any clothing models, just retexture the same ones that look boring, awkward and stupid. (IE more hipster t-shirts that look the same as every other t-shirt in online)

Not only that but in these updates they also adjust things like the f*cking tanks are fixed now. Gta Iv on ps3 recieved 4 updates so far. 1st to fixed the 60gb freeze in 2008, the 2nd to add trophies in 2008, 3rd to support DLC and add some patches for old glitches in 2009, and the 4th in 2014 to support there server swap.

I was never a fan of locking content on a disc.

 

However, if it means anything I do respect the fact they're not Crapcom, and releasing said locked content for a price. That being said, I'd STILL rather them have focused their developing time on something else. That was the point of this thread.

What you're really saying is that GTAVO just hasn't kept up with your apparently minuscule attention span, so you're all over a GTAVO forum telling everyone how crestfallen you are.

It's not reasoned. It's not intelligent. I ignored it because it wasn't worth a reply, but if you care that much.

 

1. The co-op missions are fine. Never once insulted those, did I?

 

2. Races are irrelevant to me, and a few others. Same with the others brought up. Again, if you READ the thread, it was already acknowledged. Sure, these updates may appeal to some people. May not appeal to others. The thread shows that with it's mixed response. All of that you brought up was acknowledged.

 

Except for your, once again, childish added in insults. That's the difference of maturity. Not even really an attention span. Since I've been playing for awhile now. It just got repetitive at some point.
