Heists Officially delayed - Again

I'll be honest i stopped caring, my only care for Heists being released sooner than later is if somehow thats the only wat we get the dukes back, otherwise ill just keep doing missions, selling cars, robbing sores and hitting armored trucks....

Hardware limitations on old gen. consoles could be a problem...

 

I doubt its anything to do with that somehow. They can do it in single player so you can defnitely do slightly trimmed down variants in multiplayer. Too many people are practically throwing in the towel with the adamant belief that everything 7th Gen related will be abandonned.

think about it...SP heists are easy to do...butONLINE with PLAYERS around the WORLD you need to configure alot of things...so in the final you are wrong.

Good thing Payday 2 is getting console DLC "soon" and Battlefield Hardline is coming out this year.

 

Much like most people in this thread, if they come out then, well, they come out. I will play them and hopefully they will be good. Until then, I could really give two sh*ts about them after waiting for so long.

Love how some people here are completely dismissing the heists like, "Meh!". They'll probably be bouncing off the f*cking walls when it comes out. Fact of the matter is, the heists was suppose to be a major factor in the game since it's based around money so why should we wait a year after the launch for them? Because Rockstar.

On another note. If R* are being delayed by mods/glitches (which I doubt because why would I stop my whole team of over 200 staff to work on one area and stop features) Then they chose the wrong model for online. People are going to mess around with the game its inevitable. They should of done what R* san diego did for Red Dead and made the cars and content paid dlc. There trying to make money out of you either way, they're a business.

 

Yeah yeah inb4 "hell no it should be free!" but look, if it is TRUE that glitching money is holding things up, how exactly would players glitch the actual content in if it was paid dlc? Yeah yeah inb4 "But the players will be separated" but would it be worth the sacrifice if money glitching was reduced to a minimum or obliterated? The match making is average anyway. The tank victims crying in gtaf + paid tank dlc = problem solved, no longer see tanks. Think about it. If you love R* and gta:o like half the fanboys here claim they do, you would still buy the dlc. There will still be modding, but at least the time spent on patching things is reduced. (if you believe in that)

 

As for the cash cards, sell them anyway, I personally don't care for them, but there would be less effort over for the people at sevensins gaming to explore money glitches to acquire the items in the first place.

With all that heists hype I really got a question to masses: have you ever played Payday/ Payday II? I never played it and have no intention playing it. Because that entire heist idea looks just not promising to me.

Maybe I'm wrong, but it looks like people are expecting heists as main money source and this with high probability will be a false, disappearing expectation. R* showed us that the only easy money is glitched money. Their deliberate efforts to mix-up things, repeatedly making missions harder and harder proves that.
