Not sure how many people actually had this problem....

So I have 99.0% done in story mode.

 

Missions: 69\69

Hobbies and Pastimes: 42\42

Strangers and Freaks: 18\20

Random Events: 14\14

Miscellaneous: 16\16

 

The two missions I'm missing are "Paparazzo: The Partnership" and "Paparazzo: The Reality Check". When I bring up the phone and go to the " Open Missions" tab on the phone it says that "The Partnership" is an open mission. Although, I don't remember ever seeing a blip to activate the mission or going to the dumpster where he is supposed to pop out and snap a shot of Franklin as he walks by it. Even so, if the mission was active for me there should be two green blips on the map showing where to take the photos for "Paparazzo: The Meltdown" and "Paparazzo: The Highness". Neither one are there. I can't even replay the mission either which is a given since they were never completed. Is there any solution to this? Please, I would really like that 1.0% to make my 100% completion.

 

Also, I'm not getting any calls from the cab company to do private fares, or any property management calls to be honest. Does this have anything to do with the first problem I stated?

 

I hope I don't have to restart cpmpletely. I would be pretty upset with Rockstar Games and Grand Theft Auto V. If anyone can help please let me know a.s.a.p. and thank you to anyone who does help and at least tries. Your time is greatly appreciated.

As far as the cab company problem is concerned, I have found a solution about this.

 

Save your game via Quick Save as Franklin.

After you load the saved game, you should get the call after a few seconds.

 

I found this solution out by accident, I was having the same problem as you. Usually I saved as Michael. Once I decided to save as Franklin, and when I loaded the game the next day, I got the call almost immediately after.

 

So, I suppose that this has nothing to do with your first problem.
