They didn't break any MOTW rule. But Peter broke the GTAF rule of having two accounts. You can report him for that.

That is very lovely.

And honestly, I'm not gonna complain or anything but, this is 90% of the MOTW participants. Most of 'em are like: "If you vote for me I vote for you man".

This is why I rarely vote for missions.
