I neeed help on daiz second misson

How do you complete Diaz's second mission?  I try and shott the bad guys but the helicopter keeps blowing... Any tips on the shooting part?

 

I think that's what it should say.  And I think you mean "Phmn Pen 86" or something like that.  It's like aiming a normal rifle except in a helicopter.

press L3 to crouch while in heli

if you're having difficulty finishing that mission, you're never

going to finish the game. they get allot harder than merely

shooting guys from a helicopter.

 

also, as far as i know, crouching doesn't do anything for the

helicopter, because you're already sitting down. i could be

wrong though. you just need a steady hand, and try aiming

for any red barrels. also your best bet would be to kill them all

in the first flyby, so you don't have many left to kill off.

This is one of the harder missions, so it may take a few tries.  Don't get discouraged.

 

Ok, if there are any large objects like barrels or vehicles, shoot them first as they are easier targets.  Also, if the explosions don't kill the guys on the ground, they will severely wound them making for an easier kill when you finally shoot there sorry ass's.

 

Second:  Take out the closest shooters first, as they are more likely to hit the chopper (which is there only target), then work your way back.

 

Third, ducking DOES help, but only a little.

 

Finally, DON'T try to line up single shots.  This was my first mistake, as I didn't know the weapon was a full auto machine gun.  Just KEEP FIREING, you have unlimited ammo for the weapon while in the chopper, so aim in the general direction and spray it with bullets for 2-3 second bursts (too much longer and the recoil will have you all over the place), your bound to hit something.

Don't shoot at the men. Shoot where they will be as the helecopter glides round. This way you can, if you line it up properly, get a line of baddies without moving the crosshairs. I agree also, the barrels can take out a major proportion of your adversaries. You gotta know where they are coming from so you can shoot at where they will be too and try to shoot them before the heli stops and hovers.

Shoot the barrels. It'll do ya good. Also, I just swept the gun accross the balconies... and try to take out guys as you approach, not just when the copter is hovering in front of the building.
