Crew Level stuck, no interval times in races...

Hi

 

I'm the crew leader, bud my level got stuck on 38, and every upgrade it stays the same...

 

When i do online races, the times of others arent visible during the race, and they can't see mine.

After the race, my times are there...

 

Can this be fixed? maybe even put on the correct level i should've had by now?...
