Anyone picked a tank up?

Has anyone thought of picking a army tank up with a cargobob and releasing it into the wild streets of Los Santos? Maybe if you get enough people 4-6 picking up tanks from the base you could then just create absolute mayhem in the center of the city.

 

I'm pretty sure if someone had a wanted level, the tanks would shoot them?

What about a Helicopter tank? twice as powerful then the regular tanks you see. you can have everyone on it blasting miniguns too!

If you turn cops off, then hook one and then release it, they will attack players with wanted levels and wanted levels only.

Yeah, call Lester spend the 5k to have cops look the other way. Steal a cargobob in the base and pick up a tank with it. It will take more than 3 minutes to get the tank picked up and get to the city center but the tank wont start shooting you unless you get a wanted level. Drop the tank around a group of people and watch the mayhem.

^^yes it does, works great when you don't feel like trying to outrun a tank to get a fighter jet.

Just bought one into town, pretty damn funny people started running away. But it soon got blown up by another little kid in a tank trying to spawn kill everyone. I would record it but it's pretty difficult seeing as I have no capture device.

Not a AI Tank but I have led a AI Jet into Los Santos. AI Jets always shoot homing missles, they can almost hover, somehow great at flying between buildings, have deadly accuracy with the cannons and they shoot regardless of wanted level.

Not a AI Tank but I have led a AI Jet into Los Santos. AI Jets always shoot homing missles, they can almost hover, somehow great at flying between buildings, have deadly accuracy with the cannons and they shoot regardless of wanted level.

This is was star 6 should be. Jets, tanks and army coming from the base. Not just spawning close but actually making their way from the base.

That's been my experience too. Could be my luck, but it seems like the tanks won't spawn if I'm in a cargobob. Plus side: it is rather peaceful standing on the face of Josiah peering through the sniper scope waiting for a tank to spawn

The enemy jet can actually start spawnkilling you (happend to me). It's actually more deadly then most Lazor player pilots lol.

as I were getting my tank. I picked it up a had seen another online player driving into the army base and I crushed his car with the tank, he wasn't happy.

this thing caused so much mayhem, we were 5 or 6 players having a gunfight. It was worse than a tank griefer since passive mode doesn't help sh*t against NPC's haha

 

Unfortunately, they don't shoot that often so a guy managed to steal the tank...

 

you need to have a wanted level to turn them hostile towards you... so it's only useful outside the base if you want to troll a deathmatch between several players in a rather open area so they can't hide

It's f*cking annoying, when I go to Fort Zancudo and steal a jet and suddenly I am the only one in the lobby ! And it's weird because this happens mostly when I am on FZ.

This kid was causing a ruckus in one of my lobbies and I finally got annoyed enough to take the risk. Somehow I managed to get in at just the right angle and speed that I was able to drop in and hook him before he could shoot. I carried him to a swimming pool and dropped him in, mission accomplished,

I want to try this, but I can't find a cargobob in FZ, only jets and tanks. I'll check in Sandy Shores airfield first.

When i see players being grieved by tankholes i bring my tank and tell them on the mic to enjoy giving the tankhole a fair fight with even odds. Players usually commend and request me cus of this. It's not the same as cargobobing one but sure takes less time.
