Passively trolling players?

I call bullsh*t. Poop mouth.

Like I said, I've have had varying levels of success trolling people this way. I look for players that I think aren't friends/crew member but they're having fun with each other in the lobby.

More than a few people have said "Hmmm... we'll see" after I try to work them against another player. Then it's up to me to convince the other person they are about to be betrayed before anybody catches on. It's a fun little game and it worked amazingly well once so far.

I was tempted to put this in the "What is the most archole-ish thing you've done" thread because it feels that way... but I've become bored with the game lately. Just having fun lol

I prefer voice trolling, it's too much fun to join a session and hear a conversation going that is just dying to be interrupted by the likes of me. People fall for troll bait so easily.

That's not trolling; that's being attention hungry...

You have no idea what you're talking about. Nice try though. :)

Placing a sticky bomb on the door to Simeon's garage whenever I see that another player has collected the vehicle, then I play the waiting game. No one ever seems to go for those vehicles anymore, so it has been a while since I've been a troll like that.

I used to do something similar, place a sticky bomb outside of the LS customs garage and play a waiting game. If I didnt like the car, it would be game over.

How do you voice troll?

Soundboards or just the natural ability to imitate things/people

Lui Calibre comes to mind.

I wouldn't use a soundboard, they're boring and easily noticed.

I voice troll simply by making up a character that assholes online love to pick on. I say things that bait others into giving me funny reactions. It's just something to do for laughs.

You'd be surprised with some soundboard trolling. Some of that sh*t is just hilarious.

They can be. Most soundboard trolling burns out quickly because the person using it doesn't know what they're doing. They use everything good right off the bat and won't shut the hell up and stop pressing buttons for just two seconds. It's very obvious. Think of a frog in boiling water.
