Easiest is to steal the police Maverick off of the roof of the Downtown Police station.(check your map that came with the game for location.) Also in Downtown is the VCN building and it has the news copter on top. There is a helicopter on top of your Hyman condo once you buy it $14,000. Later, you will find there are 4 other helicopters in various areas for helicopter missions. There is a float plane that can be unlocked with the Film studio missions. After 80 packages there is a helicopte with floats and a gun behind your mansion and after 100 packages or finishing the storyline, there is the Hunter - rockets and miniguns Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
