GTA 5 and stuff we miss from GTA 4

I miss the airport in IV the most. Although there

there are three airports V I still think the one in IV is better, it felt a lot bigger, V's feels a lot smaller IMO.

There are a couple of cars miss also especially the Imponte Dukes (don't remember the rest of their names)

I feel a GTA 4 was more dense, I actually felt immersed in New York ( especially when driving through Times Square) Gta v seems less dense to me, hopefully next gen capabilities will make it more immersive to me like GTA 4, but then again I can't really speak since I've never visited California ... Maybe things really are smaller there compared to New York.

More dense? What do you mean by that? Being someone from NYC, I found Liberty City to be fraction of its real-life counterpart. Times Square in LC had about 5 or 10 cars max driving down its avenues. In real life, its almost bumper to bumper traffic. Even the bridge in Alderney was laughable, a small plank that you rolled over. It's real-life counterpart is the GW bridge. I was kind of impressed with their addition of Newark and Jersey City though.

 

Since you haven't been to California, when people talk about about LA, they tend to be referring to LA County, and most of these areas are low-level buildings. Los Santos County, too, is a fraction of its real-life counterpart. LA is notorious for its freeway traffic, so I'll agree that they haven't really been true to that, but we all know it has to do with console limitations. The next-gen versions will up the ante on traffic, and hopefully be more true to LA traffic.

 

So, are you talking about buildings as a factor of density? If that's so, you won't see that in LS, and rightly so. The population density that exists in NYC is much higher than the spread that exists in LA.

I think I would say in my opinion, if mission structure was GTAIV's flaw, GTAV's is the radio. They just got it so wrong which is a shame because given their budget it could have been amazing. GTAIV's radio nailed the atmosphere, tone and character of Liberty City

tru. I heard Lazzlo promoting gta5 on Sway in the Morning on Shade45 onetime. He was telling him about the songs they has for the old school rap stations and you would just hear how bored Sway was. Lamest round of music this time .

Exactly what if they allowed planes to be used in Gta 4, there would be plenty to find and use.

I miss the ringing in your ear effect you'd get from being too close to an explosion. Added a realistic feeling to it. I loved it.

And being able to actually survive explosions. In V you either die or are unscathed, unless you're Trevor and you use his special ability.

-Proper R&B & Jazz stations

-No insta-respawn on police helicopters

-Non-robo cop police

-Being able to manually leave cars on without having to do a punch dance

-Random enter-able apartment blocks

-Weapon Balance

-Player physics (as in when you jump out of vehicles and are thrown from bikes, etc.)

Proper dispatching of police units, which meant no police cars/choppers spawning literally right before your eyes. That sh*t is for the birds.

how easy it was to backflip/frontflip and 360 on the sanchez.

 

the option to turn off cops.. and choose how peds and traffic spawn. we would probably freeze less if we were able to do that in gtao free roam.

 

x as gas and square as brake. i have never had a cramp in my hand while playing gta, until gta 5.

Oh I forgot in single player you could kill your friends by shooting them straight at there face or punch them and kill them.Not like V where you have to use explosives and such.
