That video has been online since February

 

 

This is good news for the console gamers as the PC version of the GTA V won't probably include GTA Online because of the possibility of mods ruining the game experience for other players as speculated by Youtuber GamerTipster.

All of this is rumor without a shred of evidence to support it.

This contradicts what Rockstar actually have confirmed.

 

 

In addition, the current community of players will have the ability to transfer their Grand Theft Auto Online characters and progression to their choice of PlayStation 4, Xbox One or PC.

These are old news, it's the Ornate Bank Heist, where the guy wears a red jacket with red pants.

People already confirmed this is fake or it's just a very very very very alpha version of heists.

I have played the heist in that youtube video a few months ago it was throught dns servers blabla.
