From a very reliable source, comes some exciting news! It seems that a user by the name of "Mark Rosette", has found out and leaked the release date for the long awaited "Heists Update".

Xbox 360 and PS3 gamers won't have to feel left out as the GTA V Online Heists DLC release date is going to be released on June 24, 2014 if the rumors are to be believed.

 

Rockstar has officially stated that the GTA V Online heists dlc would be released this Spring and that Cyberland has reported that Rockstar is planning to release the heists dlc on June 24, 2014.

 

This is good news for the console gamers as the PC version of the GTA V won't probably include GTA Online because of the possibility of mods ruining the game experience for other players as speculated by Youtuber GamerTipster.

But if you're impatient, you can play with the GTA V Online heists dlc right now.

User "Mark Rosette" posted a video on youtube show casing the gameplay of the GTA V Online "Heists" DLC missions and he also explained how the new heists missions will play out.

 

"Mark Rosette" invited users to play with him in heist missions but warned them that in doing so, Rockstar may ban them.

He then continued on to explain how the missions go down in the heist DLC as well as the various player roles in the heist.

He revealed that you can be a hacker or a defender or an attacker.

The attackers are the one who will do the dirty work of killing all the security personnel while the defenders like their name will defend the area from possible reinforcements while the hackers will be the one to open electronically locked doors and eventually, the bank vault.

You can play with "Mark Rosette" and his friends by checking out the links he posted on the video description of the GTA V Online "Heists" DLC videos he uploaded.

The GTA V Online "Heists" DLC is still in beta and it has not been released yet. There is no word from Rockstar that confirms the release date of the GTA V Online "Heists" DLC. "Mark Rosette" speculates that the DLC is still a work-in-progress and more features will be added before release."

Your link doesn't work properly you should fix it... I still wonder how that room in our apartment will come into play in heist??! "Mark Rosette" should of mentioned how many heist jobs there are and the payout!!..

24th is in a few weeks, they would have announced it if it's this close... and by the way it's mentioned in the trailer that you can use PS3 or X360 characters on PC or next-gen

I notice that the article you quoted was from March 2014, and did not mention GTA V on PC (it couldn't have, it was not a known in March)

The heavy use of Mark Rosette quotes from the March article leads me to believe that this article was just thrown together, in a hurry.

These are old news, it's the Ornate Bank Heist, where the guy wears a red jacket with red pants.

People already confirmed this is fake or it's just a very very very very alpha version of heists.

Well you maybe did that too as one of the three protags but they are badasses so it doesn't count...

Exactly, you get 3 stars when you kill a cop, like in the normal GTA Online freemode. Seriously?

Also, the heist is pretty simple, it doesn't has special features like the Story Mode ones, where you access Bruteforce or a hacking system. It's like he entered some kind of mission creator and created the heist from there.

No..that heists are REAL. I was in a lobby with the HEISTS DNS creator.

Basically, we entered some DNS codes that changed all the missions to the heists that are already on disc..problem? I hate people who says it's fake when they don't know nothing about it.

No..that heists are REAL. I was in a lobby with the HEISTS DNS creator.

no..these were the real BETA heists on disc..so yeah..i know what im talking about. ;) Those DNS codes for heists actually unlocked the heists that are ALREADY in the game files. Do some research before posting this. But maybe im wrong..:p
