Rockstar Developer in my session!

I had just got off Black Ops II with my friend. I asked him if he wanted to play GTA. He said yes, so I loaded up GTA and invited him to an IO session and we started mucking around. He was using his old level 900 char(DNS) and I was using my 140(legit) character. He was in a green 9F and I was in my black Buffalo MKII. We get into some sh*t with the cops. FF to an hour later, we just fixed our cars at LSC. I pull out onto the road, and a SKY BLUE Carbonizzaire(i don't think they spawn in that color) GHOSTS down the road. We chase it for a while, then it turns a corner and we lose it. The chase banged us up a little, so on our way to LSC, we see it AGAIN. We continue the chase. We chase it for 10 minutes or so, during the chase, it DRIFTS around corners(AIs don't do that, do they?). My friend finally catches up, spins it out, and the driver GETS OUT, GUNS US BOTH DOWN WITH AN UZI, and takes off. Later, we're driving around, and a Karin Asterope speeds out of an alley, hits me, and I GET A STAR.

Then I get off out of confusion. I think it was a dev watching us, because IOs are usually used for glitches.
