NOTICE: There have been some edits, namely in the Crew's name. It is no longer The Lino Crime Family, but The Lino Family instead.

The Lino Family History

The Lino Family started at its infancy in 1988, two years after the events of Tommy Vercetti's adventures and misadventures. The Lino Family was started by Tony Lino, who worked for Tommy Vercetti as a low level goon. After the events in Vice City, Tony left Vice City to do some low level work for The Leone Family until about mid 2005. He left the Leone Family under good terms before starting work with the Pegorino Family until late 2008. During those past 20 years, Tony had secretly been building a Mafia Family. When he left the Pegorino Family, and they had heard about these plans later in early 2009, they did not like this and on one early morning on November 28th, 2009, the Pegorino Family assassinated Tony as he was celebrating his brother's birthday party. From that point on, Michael Lino, Tony's cousin , took over as Godfather of The Lino Family and swore vengeance on his cousin's death. He exacted vengeance on his cousin's death with a squad of eight hitmen including Michael himself before fleeing Liberty City after having killed the assassins and the Pegorino's underboss. He fled to Los Santos for four years with no sign that the Pegorino Family was after him. Though to this day, Michael still remains a bit paranoid that The Pegorino Family may come after him someday. And thus in 2014, Michael Lino reestablished The Lino Family. The Lino Crime Family is a new family to Los Santos and to the entire San Andreas State.

Ranks:

1. Capo di tuttu capi or Godfather - Is the Leader of The Lino Crime Family.

2. Capo Crimine or Don ("Crime Boss", known as a Don - the head of a crime family) - Runs the Lino Crime Family and the Godfather consults the Godfather in extreme matters.

3. Capo Bastone - "Club Head", known as the "Underboss" is second in command to the Capo Crimine.

4. Consigliere - The consiglieri or counsellor is below the boss but on the same level as the underboss.

5. Caporegime - "Regime head", a captain who commands a "crew" of around three to five Sgarriste or "soldiers".

6. Sgarrista or Soldato - "Soldier", made members of the Mafia who serve primarily as foot soldiers.

7. Picciotto - "Little man", a low ranking member who serves as an "enforcer".

8. Giovane D'Onore - an associate member, usually someone not of Italian ancestry.

Special Ranks:

Head Bodyguard/Personal Security - Head of a group of two to five bodyguards/personal security personnel.

Bodyguard/Personal Security - Protects high ranking members of the family

Parole Officer - Deals with the legal side of acting on behalf of members in prison

Head of Security - Helps run security at Family Meetings.

Personal Driver/Personal Security Driver - Consists of two drivers assigned to the Don and the Godfather. Must be excellent in weapons training, driver training, and evasive maneuvers. Your driving and shooting skills MUST be at least 9.5 or higher.

Rules:

1. No one can present himself directly to another of our friends. There must be a third person to do it.

2. Never be seen with cops.

3. Appointments must absolutely be respected.

5. When asked for any information, the answer must be the truth.

6. Money cannot be appropriated if it belongs to others or to other families.

7. People who can't be part of The Lino Crime Family: anyone who has a close relative in the police, anyone with a two-timing relative in the family, anyone who behaves badly and doesn't hold to moral values.

8. Family members and others must show us respect, and mutual respect will be returned.

9. Family members must stay loyal to the Family and must not speak to another family without the Godfather's or Don's consent.

10. Members must have discipline, do what one is told,

11. You MUST NOT shoot, kill, maim, or hurt another member.

12. Members must be active enough, and if they are not, they will receive two warnings before being kicked from the Family.

Consequences for Breaking Rules

1. If you kill a Lino Family member, you will only have ONE CHANCE. If it was accidental friendly fire, you MUST prove as such.

2.If you betray The Lino Family, you will banned from The Family, marked for assassination by the family, and considered an enemy by The Lino Family. In terms of things that can be considered to be a betrayal, they are divulging secrets to other families, being a spy for another family, murder of a family member, and betraying the trust of a family member or your superiors.

Activities The Lino Family participates in:

Fight Club/Arranged Member Fights - Pits teams or individual members against each other in a fist fight.

Demolition Derby - Take civilian vehicles and pit each other against one another in a crash to the death.

Drag Racing - Arranged on a airstrip, members race each other off the line.

Trialtholon - Members will participate in a mixture of running, bicycling, and swimming.

Marathon - Members will participate in a running contest, essentially.

Siege Against the Authorities - Members pit themselves against Police, NOOSE, FIB, and S.W.A.T.

Crew Vehicles - This refers to preferred vehicles used by The Lino Family:

Though only 1-2 of one of each vehicle must be owned. ALL vehicles must be Dark Blue Metallic in color, including secondary colors, with Diamond Blue as a Pearlescent. Also, please no lowrider rims or blowers. As for classy cars like sports classic, please keep the rims close to stock, as we are classy.
