Issue Replaying Mission "Wrap Up" (SP)

I'm trying to replay the mission "Wrap Up" in story mode, but for some reason it's bugged every time and there are no enemies that spawn after I get to the first yellow marker. After clearing the first area; the heli crashes into the staircase and Dave runs towards one of the pillars to take cover, I run to the marker and there are no more enemies anywhere except for 1 red circle on the map that slowly moves away from everything... Also if I run too far away or go down the stairs, I will magically fall over and it will say mission failed because Michael died...

I tried to replay it multiple times and also reset my ps3 and tried again, but it still doesn't work :<

 

I also noticed that when replaying missions, I'll only have about $4K in the bank even though I know I have/had way more by that point in the game. What's with that?

Would be cool if someone could move it to the GTAV troubleshooting

I've not replayed that mission so not sure about the first part but I think the money

part of your question is the game remembers what money you had at the start of that mission

so won't show your correct balance until after the replay is finished?
